There is no upfront cost to get the unit on your property.
MicroHomes provide and own the MicroHome units.
It will be your responsibility to organise the site before the unit arrives. We can help you to get it done.
We take full responsibility for maintenance and operation.
Cleaning and ongoing operation - There is a choice - if you are willing to do this we will pay you at an agreed rate for every clean.
alternatively we will organise cleaning after every checkout so you don't have to worry about it.
MicroHomes is responsible for applying for all relevant permits.
Preferred option is to connect to the existing service (septic, electricity, water) .For electricity we install a check meter and pay you for electricity used at an agreed rate. If water is a problem and the tank gets low we will organise the refill.
The alternative is a bit more complex. We are in the process of designing a "support trailer" that can facilitate all these needs.

Guests will receive limited time access to the units through a mobile app on their phone. All guests provide us with photo ID and a credit card in case something happens to the unit during their stay. It is a fully automated self check-in check-out system
Not at all! We both can benefit from it. According to our market research the demand is high enough to create a win-win situation and provide alternatives in case one of us is fully booked. MicroHomes have a unique design and have different clientele.
